Zach Reed and his associate were totally thorough inspecting the AC units,  spent about three hours or more going over and servicing all the equipment, including the compressor, the cooling unit and other patts, getting up into the attic to inspect the duct system, taking thermal images in the house to look for areas of poor insulation in the attic, and explaining it all to me.
